SALVATION!

Salvation is amazing.  It has nothing to do with religion, tradition or "church".   It is the most liberating act available for mankind.  It applies to everyone. There are no limits to rich/poor, old/young, male/female, nationality, skin color, someone raised in church all their life versus someone just hearing about it today.   When Jesus offfered salvation, He said, "Whosoever will, let him/her come."  That includes all as far as I'm concerned. 

Webster's defines it as this...
1)   A saving
2)   Being saved
3)   Person or thing that saves
4)   A saving of the soul; deliverance from sin and from the
      punishment of sin
5)   Ultimately safe

I think that sums it up for me.  I do not see any restrictions, restraints or bondages that follow any of these definitions. 

Salvation is described in the Bible as a GIFT, a "free" GIFT.  All humanity is required to do is reach out and receive this precious GIFT.  It is wrapped in a fascinating package.  It is wrapped in the death and burial of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.  It is all about relationship with Him and accepting what He accomplished on the CROSS.
